REQUIREMENTS


The minimum age to participate in prize pool events is 18, or 16 with parental consent.
Playing with members of the same team indicated during registration is mandatory.
Team members may be replaced up to 1 hour before the start of the tournament by opening a ticket in our DISCORD server. Team names that are offensive, racist, or homophobic will not be accepted. The organization reserves the right to reject such names.
Players must register using their primary Call of Duty ID. In the case of multiple profiles, the profile with the highest KD must be used. If we suspect the use of secondary accounts, we reserve the right to disqualify the player.
The use of accounts from which more than one person is playing is prohibited.
The use of PC software that creates a tactical advantage over other players is prohibited (DS4 Boost, Cronus, Aim Bot, Soft Aim Bot, Wallhack, Radar Hack, macros, and scripts).
The intentional or involuntary use of glitches or bugs that give a team/player an advantage is prohibited.
Cam monitors and task managers for PC players are available upon request from admins.
Submit photos of your game, which must be clearly posted in the DISCORD channel assigned to the player who registered for the team (created before the tournament begins).
By registering for the tournament, participants accept the refereeing decisions of the Ar Esports organization.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and forfeiture of the registration fee.

CUSTOM GAME


-The player who registered for the team must log in to DISCORD
-The code to join the private match will be sent to the assigned DISCORD chat room at the start time indicated on the tournament poster, and the match will start 10 minutes after the private match is created.
-No player/team will be allowed to wait for late arrivals or for issues logging into the game.
-If playing with Rotation Maps, maps 1-2 Haven's Hollow, maps 3-4 Rebirth Island, and maps 5-6 Fortune's Keep will be played, then rotated for each game.
-If playing with Rotation Maps BR, 1 AVALON AND 1 VERDANSK, ROTATION EVERY GAME.
-Live streaming for PC and console players or video recording of all gameplay is mandatory.
-In the event of a player/team crash, the pre-match lobby will restart automatically if it involves at least three players or two players from the same team.
-In the event of a lag lobby, the game will restart only if at least 10% of the players are involved.
-From the third game onward, only if a player from a team in the top 3 or a team with matchpoint crashes in the pre-lobby will the lobby be restarted.
-A player/team crash after the aerial animation does not entitle a lobby restart.
-If the game is buggy and one of your teammates is alone, you must join them and play. Unfortunately, the game has bugs, and this is one of them.

Equipment and weapon banned in addition to the playlist's ranked rules:
-Skin Terminator, Jurado
-ALL SNIPER
-Launchers
-Loadout Shotguns
-Grapple Hooks
-ALL Thermal Scopes
-Hunter perk is BANNED (Tracker)

Full Bans from PCL:
-Only Black Ops 7 weapons may be used — weapons from any other title/pack are not permitted.
-Picking up Juggernaut is BANNED
-Classified Event — do not loot the classified crate.
-Specialist Tower “Overlook” — do not open the door. This area is blocked off completely; teams may not interact with it in any way.
-Signal Station Heat Map Easter Egg.
-Specialist Perk Package.
-Advanced UAV Killstreak — teams may call in 4 regular UAVs to build toward an Advanced UAV, but the Advanced UAV killstreak itself may never be used, regardless of how it was obtained.

Using banned equipment in-game, indicated by a clip, results in:
-1st Map, Player will be awarded 0 points
-2nd Map, Team will be awarded 0 points
-3rd Map, Team will be removed from the tournament.
-If a team on Match point uses a banned / restricted item in any way, and goes on to win the map - this will void the tournament win and the tournament will continue.
-Easter Eggs are banned.
-Firing a pistol while in the air is not permitted; you can only shoot while touching the ground.
-In the event of a player crash, the team will receive average match points at the end of the tournament (average kills in games played) for the previous two maps played.
-Jailbreaking is only valid if one member of your team is still alive; otherwise, you must commit suicide.
You cannot shoot teams committing Jailbreak suicide.
-For SOLO YOLO and GULAG ONLY games, no restrictions

BR Multiplier Scores:

1 Kill is worth 1 point.

Resurgence Multiplier Scores:
1st x1.6
2nd – 5th x1.4
6th – 10th x1.2
11th – 17th x1
1 Kill is worth 1 point.

Tiebreakers
In the event of a tied score for placement, ties are broken in the following order:
Total Kills (higher wins)
Average Placement (better/lower average wins)
Map Wins (more wins prevails)

1 kill is worth 1 point.
Each team has 10 minutes from the scheduled time to enter the lobby or host the match. The admin will set a further time limit at their discretion. Those who do not meet the time limit will be forfeited.
Live stream required for PC players.
Lag/packet loss/audio, or any personal issues: a team has until the plane has completed its route across the map to leave the lobby.
Crash: Your teammate disconnects and you are still mathematically capable of winning the match. You must immediately abandon the match. Restarts can only be issued if valid proof of disconnection is provided to the admin in the match chat room.
Intentionally disconnecting to receive a restart will result in a forfeit and a ban from our platform.
Sabotage is an action that can negatively impact the opponent's game; a forfeit, which will be assessed by the admin, can only be imposed if it directly impacts the outcome of the match.
VPN use is prohibited.
Ban: Gulag tokens, redeployment kits, Reinforcement Flares.
Using more than one Gulag per match is prohibited.
Reviving teammates using the redeploy tower is ALLOWED.
If both members of your team are dead and your opponent uses the redeploy tower, you must immediately down yourself upon respawn. Note: Attempting to get kills after your team has been completely eliminated will result in a forfeit loss.
Accidentally picking up a prohibited item will result in a forfeit loss.
Using a helicopter at any point in a match where helicopters are prohibited will result in a forfeit loss, regardless of whether the match has been played or not.
Waiting until the end of the plane line to kill AFK players is not allowed. If you believe your opponent is doing this, it is your responsibility to provide evidence. It is up to the administrator to decide whether to grant a rematch or forfeit the match in this case.
The tournament will be played as a best-of-three game; otherwise, the administrators may change it before the tournament begins.
The first match will be hosted by the team name listed at the top of the bracket.
The team with the highest kill count will host map 3, if equal, with a damage count.
Killed players will be counted in the event of a crash.
In the event of a tie, total damage will be counted.
Evasion is only valid if one team member is alive; otherwise, a team member must commit suicide.
If a team member dies in the lobby due to a cheater, with proof at the end of the match, the game will restart with a kill count.
Intentional suicide to end the redeployment timer (return mode) is not permitted.
In the event of an irregular bracket, the last registered teams in the tournament will start with one extra round.
A team that fails to comply will have its game forfeited.

CANCELLATION TOURNAMENT


Tournaments may be canceled by the Organizer before the start time for the following reasons:
The minimum number of 10 registered teams has not been reached within one hour of the tournament start.
An unexpected change to the game mode playlist by Activision.
Technical issues with the Ar Esports or Activision servers.
If a tournament is canceled, players who have paid will automatically receive a voucher code for the entry fee to the email address they used to register on the Ar Esports website.
In the event of a playlist change, the Organizer may move the tournament to another map of the same mode.

PRIZEPOOL


Prizes will be sent via email or to the payment method provided by the winning team.
Prizes will be shipped within 8 business days of the tournament's end.
For some events, the prize may be a different type of item, as specified on the tournament description page of our website.
The prize pool may vary based on the number of participants in the tournament; in this case, you will find the word "FLEX."
The actual prizes will be updated on the tournament description page of the Ar Esports website once registration closes.

REFUNDS


Registered players may request a refund of their registration fee up to 12 hours before the start of the tournament by sending an email to tornei@aresportsgaming.it, specifying:
Team name;
Email address used to register on the site;
Activision ID used for registration.
A refund will not be granted if the information in the user profile of one or more players on the Ar Esports site does not match the real person's information and/or the Call of Duty ID is different from the one used to play.

COMPLAINTS


Players/Teams may submit a protest within 2 hours of the tournament's conclusion.
Protests may be submitted for two reasons:
Dispute of disqualification;
Miscounting of Call of Duty IDs;
In the event of a protest regarding a disqualification, it is mandatory to submit the link to the streaming platform, along with the full recording of each player's game.
If one or more players are missing a recording, the protest may not be considered.
Complaints regarding players and/or teams other than your own will not be accepted.

RANK LEVELS


The Organization may hold events only for a specific skill rank.
In the case of a Rank tournament, you will find the words "PRO" - "ADVANCED" - "AMATEUR" in the event description and poster.
The "PRO" rank includes all WSOW and EWC finalist pro players, Iri+ & TOP250 players, and former players. (Exclusions may apply.)
The "ADVANCED" rank includes all players who have excelled in our events, Iri & Cremesi+ players, WSOW regional qualifiers, and WSOW top 500 players. (Exclusions may apply.)
The "AMATEUR" rank includes all other players.
Player Teams who do not meet the Rank level, by registering in a RANK other than their own, will be disqualified and forfeit their entry fee.
A player's Rank Level may vary based on the classification of the tournaments played.
Ar Esports reserves the right to:
Cancel one or more Rank Levels of a tournament
Invalidate one or more matches of a team
Move teams registered for the Rank Level Tournament to group them together in the event of low participation.
